Biography

Kübra is acting candidate notary at Dirkzwager at the corporate law section. Immediately after graduating in late 2020, she started working at Dirkzwager. She is involved in advising on general corporate law practice in particular to large and medium-sized companies regarding a.o. corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and (cross-border) mergers and demergers.

Acquisition by Vendis Capital of Soap and BM Clinics (June 2024), Well-Fair (February 2024) and Skins Cosmetics (January 2024)
Restructuring of a large accountancy company.
Acquisition of Sitech by Ebert Hera Esser GmbH and advising on corporate governance (structure regime).
