Biography
Charlotte is a lawyer specialising in corporate law within the semi-public domain (healthcare, education, culture). In her daily practice, she deals with governance issues, boardroom dynamics, conflict management, collaborations (including within the Integral Care Agreement) and integrity issues. Charlotte acts as an advisor to directors and supervisors, acts as a sparring partner on boardroom issues and conducts boardroom evaluations. As Associate Professor Semipublic Corporate Law & Ethics at Radboud University, she is responsible for the further development of this field. In 2020, Charlotte received her PhD for the multidisciplinary dissertation Biases in the Boardroom and Boardroom. In 2023, under the editorship of Charlotte Perquin-Deelen, Louis Houwen and Robert Andes, the Handbook of Semipublic Corporate Law was published. With her multidisciplinary perspective, Charlotte has a broad yet focused, practical and accessible approach.
