Tristan Wouda 

Tristan works as an attorney in the Litigation & Cassation section. He specialises in contract law, liability law and civil procedural law. He advises and litigates on commercial and financial disputes, both in proceedings before public courts and in arbitration.

Tristan studied Dutch law and also worked as a lecturer in civil law at Radboud University Nijmegen. He publishes regularly on topics in his field and is an author for the Green Series Special Agreements.
