Commercial litigation

They may involve commercial contracts, such as those pertaining to purchases, collaboration, distribution, franchising and agency, or there may be disputes concerning general terms and conditions and extra-contractual liability, including professional or director’s liability.

Financial litigation

Financial institutions are increasingly having to contend with legal disputes ranging from those involving breaches of the duty of care and complex financial products, such as interest rate derivatives, to issues pertaining to consumer loan agreements, the termination of credit relationships and investment advice. Legal assistance is also often required for ESG disputes and pension matters.
