Rosanne has been working as a lawyer in Dirkzwager's healthcare section since January 2020. Her focus is on civil and corporate law issues within the healthcare, education and social domain. She has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and general terms and conditions and also advises on disputes arising from existing agreements. Furthermore, her practice consists of advising on the (re)organisation of (contractual) alliances, mergers and takeovers. Her expertise also includes legislation and regulations on medical devices and advising on various types of registrations, authorisations and (educational) approvals. Finally, Rosanne regularly gives (in-house) workshops or lectures.
