Biography

Mike is a senior lawyer and specialises in complex issues in corporate and company law, M&A and Corporate Sustainability. He focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, post-M&A disputes, corporate law partnerships and Corporate Sustainability. Mike is a permanent editor at Boom Uitgevers Ondernemingsrecht Updates and regularly publishes on developments within corporate and company law.

Work highlights

Acted as local counsel in relation to the (proposed) sale and transfer of shares in a PV fund worth over € 800 million.
Acted as local counsel for French listed company RUBIS on the sale of its 55% stake.
Been involved in the controlled auction process of SolarEnergyWorks' solar business (100 MWp RTB asset pipeline and 650 MWp under-developments assets).
Advised a listed company on its investment in a Dutch hydrogen company.
Acted as local counsel on Mooreast Holding's listing on the Singapore Exchange Catalist.
Advised Jan Rijcken Beheer on the sale to investor Foreman Capital of its companies operating in the Asian food industry.
Advised SOP International Limited on the acquisition of a majority stake in Liroy B.V., a distributor of Asian food and related products.
Advised TABO and Nederlandse Mesenindustrie Vastgoed on the (in)direct sale of its subsidiaries to Intutrade Benelux, a subsidiary of listed Indutrade AB.
Advised listed Arcadis on the acquisition of a majority stake in Water Platform Company to which the HydroNET platform belongs.
