Mathijs Jonkers 

Mathijs works as a lawyer in the Government & Real Estate section and specialises in procurement and construction law. He advises both (semi-)public authorities and tendering companies on their procurement and construction law issues. He also assists these clients in proceedings before the civil courts and the Committee of Procurement Experts.

Mathijs also frequently advises and litigates on the application of the Didam judgment, for example in cases where the question must be answered whether a municipality may sell a plot of land without a prior public selection procedure.
