Woningstichting Nijkerk - Inner-city redevelopment

Assisting WSN with the demolition of existing buildings in the Het Nieuwe Sint Jozef zoning plan and the realization of a residential program with 180 apartments, 12 school classrooms, daycare, out-of-school care, and hospitality and activity space. Contracts include the anterior agreement with the municipality of Nijkerk and the drafting of a cooperation agreement with social and private parties with the goal of allowing residents to live there independently for as long as possible.
