Biography
Marloes works as a lawyer en mediator at the Health Care section. Her clients are healthcare providers, healthcare suppliers, healthcare industry organisations and government bodies (including municipalities, municipal health services and regional collaborations). Within health law, Marloes has specialised in patient law, complaints and quality legislation, forced care legislation and privacy law. She also has extensive knowledge in the social domain. Marloes is also part of Dirkzwager's privacy and cybersecurity team. Marloes' work as a lawyer is diverse: she conducts a combined litigation, advice and mediation practice. For example, she assists healthcare providers in disciplinary cases, mediates she in conflicts between healthcare providers and patients and assists healthcare providers in representation or care termination proceedings and proceedings concerning AVG requests. Her advisory practice ranges from answering questions on (compliance with) privacy laws and regulations, to drafting general terms and conditions and cooperation agreements for healthcare providers. In addition to her work as a lawyer and mediator Marloes also also as a teacher of health law at various educational organisations.
