Assisting Pleyade, an elderly care institution with locations in Arnhem, Elst and the Liemers, in continuing the activities of the bankrupt Het Schild residential care centre. Dirkzwager conducted negotiations with the receiver of the bankrupt Het Schild residential care centre and with the landlord of the premises in which Het Schild is located.

Advising on the alliance between mental health provider Pro Persona, addiction care institution IrisZorg and Ziekenhuis Rivierenland in the field of somatic, psychiatric and addiction care in the Rivierenland region. Through the cooperation, an expansion of gzz care took place in the field of somatic psychiatric care and addiction care.
