Biography

Frédérique has extensive knowledge and experience in various fields within pension law and is currently also very active with all current affairs concerning the Future Pensions Act (Wet toekomst pensioenen (Wtp)), both in her advisory practice and in the context of (scientific) publications and lectures. It is precisely her knowledge of civil law, administrative law and tax law in relation to the pensions specialisation that enables her to provide comprehensive answers to pension issues.

Frédérique is engaged not only by employers and pension administrators, but also by regulators and legal service providers. Sometimes also to act as a binding adviser. Among other things, she has supervised various pension amendment and employee participation processes. Affiliation discussions and exemption procedures, in the context of mandatory participations in industry-wide pension funds, are also part of her expertise.

In addition, Frédérique is called upon for her employment law expertise. Among other things, Frédérique is called in in the event of takeovers, restructurings or reorganisations of companies. Individual dismissal cases, often those with a high risk of harm, are also taken up by Frédérique. Frédérique not only has a great affinity with the pensions sector, but also with the healthcare sector. She assists the necessary large healthcare institutions.
