Deline Kruitbosch joins board of Dirkzwager legal & tax

As of January 1, 2025, Deline Kruitbosch will join the board of Dirkzwager legal & tax. She will succeed Selma van Ramele, who is passing on her seat after six years. The new board will also include current members Ronald van Wetering as managing director and Ernst-Jan van de Pas as managing partner.

Operating at high level in an ambitious and pleasant atmosphere 

Deline has nearly 17 years of experience in corporate law. She began her career as a candidate notary at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam, where she worked for eight years. In December 2015, she joined Dirkzwager legal & tax, returning to her Gelderland roots with a solid foundation of knowledge, experience, and an undiminished passion for her profession. At Dirkzwager, she has continued to develop a corporate notarial law practice that aligns perfectly with her expertise and interests. A practice in which she focusses for many regular clients on acquisitions, mergers and demergers, (re)structuring and governance issues in close collaboration with the lawyers and tax specialists are Dirkzwager.  

This close collaboration, with both colleagues and clients, is what drives her: “It’s the personal connection that ultimately allows you to support clients even better, making the work more enjoyable and fulfilling. That’s something I’ll always strive for - within Dirkzwager, my team, and as an individual.” On January 1, 2021, Deline was appointed partner and civil-law notary. Her upcoming role on Dirkzwager’s board marks an exciting next step in her career, one she embraces with enthusiasm.

Since September this year, Dirkzwager has embraced a new brand positioning under the keyword ‘Close by.’ Strengthening and expanding this identity will be a important focus for Deline during her tenure on the board: “It’s what truly makes us unique. Deline also aims to keep Dirkzwager close to its roots.
