On March 1, Ronald van Wetering will join the Dirkzwager board as Managing Director. The current board consists of Managing Partners Selma van Ramele and Ernst-Jan van de Pas. With Ronald's arrival, Dirkzwager is strengthening the board by adding experience from outside the legal sector. Selma van Ramele says: "the financial services and legal worlds have many similarities. Ronald's knowledge and experience will help us in further strengthening our foundation and future-proofing our organization."

Ronald van Wetering has held various positions within and outside the financial services industry since the 1990s as a director, manager and supervisor. Most recently in the role of Director Corporate Clients Central Netherlands at Rabobank. The common thread in his career is the central place for clients and relations, guiding people & organizations in transition and social commitment. Ronald brings with him a wealth of experience from the financial services industry. Ronald: 'the transformation that is going on within legal services is also taking place within the financial domain. I see huge parallels."
