Selma van Ramele 

Selma has enjoyed working as a lawyer at Dirkzwager since 2001. She is one of our partners in the corporate law department. Selma supports her clients in transactions (mergers, acquisitions and restructurings). Furthermore, Selma advises, amends and drafts all kinds of commercial contracts. For many clients, Selma is a personal adviser with whom they can spar. Without losing sight of the legal substance, she also looks at the corporate interest.
