Biography
Hanna is part of the Government & Real Estate section at Dirkzwager and focuses in particular on land acquisition and land policy. She advises municipalities across the country on the establishment of a preferential right under the Environment Act (formerly Wvg) and all related measures such as nullity actions and price provisions. Hanna also advises and supports in the choice between expropriation or an obligation to tolerate, and supervises procedures from start to finish. Furthermore, Hanna advises and litigates on loss compensation (including planning damage). She does all this in cooperation with our extensive team, which covers the entire spectrum of environmental law and land policy.
Besides government bodies, Hanna also enjoys assisting entrepreneurs with development initiatives or who are confronted with government intervention.
