Tristan is an attorney at law in the Corporate Law section of Dirkzwager and specialises in the areas of financing, securities and insolvency. Tristan is also appointed by the court as a bankruptcy trustee in bankruptcies.
The combination of his advisory and bankruptcy practice allows Tristan to provide broad-based advice on subjects relating to company law, insolvency law and restructuring. Clients call on Tristan's services for instance when filing for bankruptcy, restructuring debts or in disputes about contracts.
