Tom Vandeginste

Tom has been a lawyer at Dirkzwager since 1994 and fully specialised in employment law and employee participation law. In his practice, Tom mostly assists large employers with a focus on the strategic aspects of the aforementioned areas of law. Tom advises on major reorganisations, (corporate) acquisitions and restructurings. Individual employment cases, such as dismissals, are also part of his daily practice. Tom's regular clients include leading employers in the healthcare and profit sector. Tom has been a partner at Dirkzwager since 2005. From September 2015 until December 2021, Tom was chairman of the Dirkzwager board.
