Rosanne is a lawyer in the healthcare section. She advises and litigates in the field of classic health law, healthcare privacy law, disciplinary law, contract law and quality legislation. Together with the team, she assists healthcare providers, professional associations and government bodies, among others. She is also a member of Dirkzwager's privacy team. Rosanne has been associated with Dirkzwager as a working student since her studies. After her bachelor's at Radboud University, she focused on civil law and corporate law in healthcare during her masters. She previously published, among other things, on the tension between a healthcare provider's right to due process and the patient's privacy when defending a complaint or claim (journal P&I) and on supervisory models within healthcare groups (journal Ondernemingsrecht). Both articles are based on her theses that received honourable mention from the Privacy Law Association and the Notarial Corporate Lawyers Association, respectively.
