Max Frederiks 

Max has been a lawyer in Dirkzwager's Banking & Finance team since 2024 and specialises in the field of financing & securities. His knowledge of both legal and prudential aspects, enable him to approach a case from different angles while putting the client's interests first.

Max assists both financiers and borrowers in various financing transactions, such as healthcare, real estate, acquisition and project financing. As such, he provides careful guidance and handling of every aspect of a financing process, for example in structuring loans, drafting contracts or advising on security rights.
