Marèl Baak 

Marèl is an added notary at Dirkzwager. She has worked in the notarial Corporate Law section since 2002. Within this section, she further specialised in the field of corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and governance, in particular on behalf of family businesses, DGAs and healthcare institutions.
