Marlin is a tax adviser and has been with Dirkzwager since 2019. She advises both companies and (semi)public authorities within the healthcare and education sectors on a variety of issues relating to VAT and transfer tax. Sharp on the substance, involved in the relationship and always with humour: that characterises her working method.
Her field is constantly changing; the dynamics of constantly responding to these developments makes her work challenging. In her advice, Marlin attaches great value to clear wording and setting things out clearly, so that her advice is not only legally strong, but also practicable. She likes to work closely with fellow lawyers and civil-law notaries in order to provide integrated advice.
Marlin is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
