Marjolijn has worked as a lawyer since 2008. After completing her master's degree in Dutch Law at Utrecht University cum laude, she worked as a lawyer in the liability section of Nysingh for almost 5 years. Her work included litigating and advising in the field of liability law in a broad sense, such as employer, and traffic, and government liability. In 2013, Marjolijn transferred to KBS Advocaten. At KBS, Marjolijn litigated and advised in the field of medical liability, health law, traffic and employers' liability, insurance law (including coverage disputes, recourse, fraud), compensation law and AOV disputes for (medical) liability insurers, healthcare institutions and healthcare providers. Marjolijn has been a senior lawyer at Dirkzwager since 2022. As an experienced lawyer, she specialises in litigating and advising in the field of liability and insurance law and health law. Marjolijn is a member of the Association for Health Law, the Association for Liability and Compensation Law (VASR) and the Association for Insurance Law.
