Marjolijn started as a lawyer in 2008 and has worked as a senior lawyer at Dirkzwager in the Liability and Insurance section since 2022. Marjolijn has a broad track record and can rightfully call herself a specialist in the areas of medical liability, health law, traffic and employers' liability, insurance law (including coverage disputes, recourse, fraud), compensation law and AOV disputes, for (medical) liability insurers, healthcare institutions and healthcare providers. Marjolijn advises and litigates extensively, combining legal acuity with a pragmatic and incisive approach.
Marjolijn is a member of the Association for Health Law, the Association for Liability and Compensation Law (VASR) and the Association for Insurance Law.
