Lotte has been working as a Corporate/M&A lawyer since 2016. Before that, Lotte studied Dutch law at Radboud University in Nijmegen, where she majored in civil law (with a focus on corporate law) and criminal law. During her studies, Lotte also gained relevant work experience at various law firms at home and abroad and within the judiciary.
Lotte's daily practice consists of advising on and supervising disputes within companies, supervising transactions such as buying and selling companies, and advising on commercial contracts such as distribution, franchise and agency agreements. Lotte likes a practical approach, understands the language of the entrepreneur and enjoys working closely with her clients.
