Judith is one of our experienced liability lawyers. Judith started as a lawyer in 2006 and has worked in our Liability & Insurance section since 2011. She mainly acts on behalf of the insurer and its insured, advising and litigating on claims, policy coverage and liability in a broad sense. Judith focuses in particular on AVB damages (material) and coverage disputes and also has extensive experience in issues of employers' liability, fraud, traffic and recourse cases. With her sharp analytical skills and practical approach, she knows how to get to the heart of the matter quickly. Judith is also trained as an in-house coach. Also from her role as patron, she is actively involved on a daily basis in the training and supervision of trainee lawyers and (starting) staff members of the section.
