Biography
Jochem has specialised in payroll tax and social insurance for over 25 years, both nationally and internationally. His activities include supervising payroll audits, advising on cost reimbursement systems, Tax Control Frameworks, sector classification, self-risk sharing for the WGA and the ZW, the work-related costs scheme, employment issues, vicarious and hirer liability and cross-border employment. He also has extensive experience in the healthcare sector.
