Frank has worked as an attorney at Dirkzwager in the Liability & Insurance section since 2016. He advises and litigates in the areas of liability law and insurance law with a focus on coverage disputes. Within these areas of law, he mainly acts for insurers.
Frank studied at Utrecht University, where he completed the master's degree in private law cum laude. He also studied in the United States (Washington University in St. Louis). Frank completed the postgraduate LSA/Grotius specialisation course in personal injury. He is a member of the Personal Injury Lawyers Association (LSA). Frank completed the postgraduate specialisation course in Insurance Law at the University of Amsterdam with honours in 2022, which earned him the title Certified Insurance Lawyer (CIL).
