Cuno Wittrock

Cuno is a tax adviser and partner, joined Dirkzwager in 2018. He specialises in corporate, income and dividend tax and advises on (cross-border) restructurings, group financing and management participations. Furthermore, Cuno advises on (Dutch/German) real estate transactions and is active in the tax aspects of project development. His clients include medium-sized and large family companies and their shareholders, listed companies, project developers and real estate funds.

Cuno is a guest lecturer in business taxation at the University of Twente and is co-teacher at courses on ast structuring courses.
