Claartje has worked at Dirkzwager since 2024. Since 2021, Claartje has worked in real estate at various notary offices, where she gained experience within various facets of notarial real estate law. In particular, her practice consists of assisting and advising in the field of project development, the establishment of rights in rem and the purchase and sale of real estate.
Claartje obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees in notarial law from Radboud University in Nijmegen. Claartje is currently taking the Professional Notarial Training Programme, in which she successfully completed the first package.
Claartje gets her energy from assisting different types of clients in a professional manner. She attaches great importance to the human aspect and human contact. Claartje is critical where necessary and has a proactive attitude in advising her clients within the various facets of (commercial) real estate.
