Biography
Anouk has worked in the Government & Real Estate department since 2007. She became a partner at Dirkzwager in 2019 and was appointed civil-law notary. Anouk deals with various facets of (commercial) real estate, including the establishment of rights in rem of leasehold and superficies. She has specialised in the field of energy law, particularly in the registration, transfer and financing of networks. Anouk is part of Dirkzwager's Energy Law department.
Anouk and her enthusiastic team of professionals mainly have an advisory practice, assisting mostly regular clients, including grid managers, energy companies, developers and (semi-)public authorities. The team enjoys working together with fellow lawyers and tax specialists, as well as with the client. Anouk particularly enjoys pioneering, puzzling over property law. As one of the few notary offices, Anouk and her team can also work well with GIS applications, which is a huge advantage when establishing rights in rem for cables and pipelines and registering networks.
