Anne Laarhuis 

Anne is senior candidate notary at the Corporate Law section. Within this section, she is engaged in advising in the field of general corporate law practice (such as (restructurings, mergers, demergers and governance issues). In particular Anne advises directors/major shareholders and family businesses, including with regard to business succession. Anne advises further on wills, marriage conditions and gifts of familie assets (estate-planning).
