Transformation site Dekkerswald
ZZG Zorggroep is transforming its institution site Dekkerswald in Groesbeek into a caring neighborhood. A place where people look after each other and live together in a natural environment. The development is taking place in collaboration with developer Van de Klok, housing corporation Oosterpoort and the municipality of Berg en Dal. The plan includes 395 homes, from sale to rental.
Supervising area development
