De Waalboog is a care facility specializing in complex (elderly) care and behavioural problems. Dirkzwager provided legal guidance to De Waalboog in the metamorphosis of its main location Joachim and Anna in Nijmegen. The original premises no longer met contemporary needs for elderly people with complex care requirements.
The work included drafting the total engineering agreement for the architect, the construction team agreement, the basic agreement including multi-year maintenance (UAV-GC, BIM) and discussions about price increases in construction.
