New ANWB headquarters: a modern workplace
In the heart of The Hague, right next to the A12 motorway, ANWB is developing and realizing its new headquarters of approximately 25,000 m2. It will be a beautiful workplace and working environment that matches the ambitions of ANWB: agile, renewed and fast acting.
Multidisciplinary approach of Dirkzwager
ANWB needed legal assistance from a multidisciplinary real estate team of lawyers, notaries and tax specialists. Dirkzwager took care of the contracts and tax optimization of the project. The contracts included the drafting of a Development and Realization Agreement, an Engineer and Build Agreement, a Land Allocation Agreement (long lease) with the municipality of The Hague, as well as the WKO realization and exploitation agreements.
