The ART Building
The ART Building is notable not only for its unusual appearance and central location, but also for its sustainable nature. This project promises to be an eye-catcher in the city of Arnhem, but also serves as an example of sustainable and innovative developments in the Netherlands.
ART offers more than 10,000 square meters of offices, flexible workspaces, meeting facilities and a restaurant on the first floor. In addition, a limited residential program will be realized on the upper floors. Dirkzwager, as the main tenant, will occupy 6,400 square meters, the remaining spaces are already leased or under option.
Dirkzwager is a nationally and internationally operating firm and has been located in the Arnhem-Nijmegen City Region since its inception. With lawyers, notaries and tax specialists working together flexibly within one office, Dirkzwager has a unique position in the market. By bringing the offices together under one roof, this proposition can be expressed even more powerfully.
