Mark has been a lawyer since 2007. His practice is at the intersection of law and (digital) technology and falls into a couple of pillars:

Contracting: contracts for all kinds of digital projects, with a view to continuity, risk mitigation and compliance with laws and regulations

Incident handling: Together with colleagues from the cyber team, taking care of the incident response to cyber incidents such as ransomware or a data breach (from data breach notification to claim handling)

Advising: advising on compliance regarding digital legislation (AVG, NIS2, DORA, DSM, DSA, etc.), the legal position regarding an automation dispute

Litigation: litigation on failed automation, data breach claims.
